Disbursement of the required seedlings
1- Log in to the Saed website (http://www.saaed.ae/ar) and select (Inquire about the accident) to print the accident report.
2- The report is submitted to the department to determine the location of the accident, whether it is a local road affiliated with the department or a federal road affiliated with the Ministry of Works.
3- If the location of the accident is affiliated with the department, the department's specialized team will go with the person who caused the accident to determine the exact location of the accident.
4- The damages are assessed and a claim is issued for the amount that must be paid.
5- The person who caused the accident determines the method of payment, whether it is in cash or through the insurance company.
6- The person who caused the accident pays in cash and receives a receipt, which is a certificate of good conduct from the department and submits it to the Fujairah Police General Command.
7- In the event of payment through the insurance company, a claim is issued by the department to the insurance company. After the insurance company pays the value of the damages, the department issues a certificate of good conduct for the person who caused the accident and submits it to the Fujairah Police General Command.
